  • E- Learning

I designed a 36-week interactive e-learning phonics program for Kindergarten students, using Google Slides to supplement their phonics development. Each week's lesson is carefully crafted to build foundational skills like decoding, blending, rhyming, letter sounds, and concepts of print. This project aligns with early literacy standards and engages young learners through hands-on activities, enhancing their phonics mastery and overall literacy skills.

  • Training Manual

For Wander Boutique Hotel, I developed a comprehensive Cloudbeds training manual using Canva Slides to streamline the onboarding process for new employees and improve reservation management efficiency. I applied key instructional design principles, including needs analysis to identify staff knowledge gaps, clear learning objectives, and structured content that balanced text with visuals for better comprehension. The manual incorporated step-by-step tutorials, interactive elements, and troubleshooting tips, ensuring staff could confidently navigate the Cloudbeds platform. This project enhanced operational consistency and improved team performance by offering accessible, user-friendly training.

This project highlights my ability to create functional, engaging, and visually cohesive digital experiences, an essential skill in instructional design.

  • Virtual Library

I created a virtual library to keep elementary students engaged in reading from home. The library featured a curated collection of their favorite book titles, each linked to a video read-aloud for easy access. I organized the library for intuitive navigation, ensuring students could independently explore age-appropriate books. I incorporated visuals and interactive elements to make the experience engaging and user-friendly. This project supported literacy development during remote learning and fostered a love of reading by providing students with an accessible, enjoyable way to connect with literature.

I designed a detailed Guest Book for Wander Boutique Hotel to enhance the guest experience and provide essential information in an engaging format. By applying instructional design techniques, I organized content logically, ensuring easy navigation with clear headings, visuals, and concise language. The Guest Book included hotel policies, local recommendations, and instructions for using room amenities, designed to cater to diverse audiences. I incorporated interactive elements, such as QR codes for quick access to services, to make the guide both functional and user-friendly. This project streamlined guest communication, improving satisfaction and service efficiency.
